It’s a really big honor to be one of three nominees for “best orchestral score” at the 2021 edition of the Camille Awards.

To put things in perspective here’s some info about the selection process: The composer associations of all European countries are eligible to forward ONE candiate for each of the three categories to ECSA (European Composer and Songwriter Alliance) which then chooses 3 nominees for each category. Finally a jury consisting of 5 film composers (this year: David Arnold [Stargate, Independence Day, James Bond], Patrick Doyle [Cinderella, Planet of the Apes, Harry Potter 3], french composer Pascal Gaigne, spanish composer Eva Gancedo and swedish composer Sophia Ersson) decides about who wins the award.
